Day 10-Friday, April 30
After breakfast I went for a bike ride. Obviously there are no hills, the traffic is light, and there’s a bike path, so it’s an ideal opportunity. My ride took me along the St. Joseph peninsula, toward the state park. I covered 12 miles and saw only two other cyclists.
Dinner was elegant. We drove to Apalachicola for dinner at one of our favorite places, The Owl Café. The Owl is located in a old building, very reminiscent of a New Orleans French Quarter establishment. The bar was huge with beautiful walnut wood woodwork. Our dishes included linguine and shrimp with a garlic, olive oil, mushroom, spinach, and red pepper flakes and parmesan, filet of beef, and jambalaya! Although none of us needed it, we shared two desserts that included a variety of chocolate, toffee, and pecans.

Looks good
